KASEC® is Servo Electric Cylinder manufactured by KING AIR. Driven by the power of servo motor, the screw inside is able to move forward and backward to create force. In contrast with traditional hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder, KASEC® not only is equipped with the advantages of high accuracy, adjustable speed, controllable force, and long service life, but also can replace them and fulfill stricter requirement of operation. The reason that hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder cannot control speed and position results in deformation of delicate component and low efficiency. KASEC® remedies those drawbacks above by means of servo control and improve the performance of facility, which makes it equipped with the force of hydraulic actuation and the speed of pneumatic actuation. In addition, it only needs little or simple maintenance to keep long service life, so it is a perfect solution to replace pneumatic and hydraulic cylinder. For now, KASEC® is divided into two series —QTA & QT. QTA series is the type that servo motor, which can be various kind of brands according to the requirement, attaches behind cylinder unit via coupling; QT series is the type that servo motor is embedded in the cylinder unit—it brings more smooth rotation and high torque density. Also, this advanced integration minimizes cylinder volume.
